2017 OPDMC Meeting – 2nd Announcement

Hi Everyone:

I hope that everyone had a great summer. This notice has lots of information for our 2017 meeting Please read carefully! I will send out announcements every 2 to 3 weeks as we get closer to our meeting. The links (see below) to our web site, on-line registration and the Hilton Hotel are now active.

***One very important item. We voted at last years meeting to shorten the meeting to Wed – Thursday. We contract with Hilton in 3 year terms to obtain the lowest conference room rates. The current contract runs through 2018 and we are obligated to room rentals Tuesday, Wednesday, AND Thursday evenings. Due to this oversight during last years vote we WILL continue with the old schedule for at least 2 more years until we negotiate a new Hotel contract or discuss if alterations are possible for the 2018 meeting at this years conference. I apologize for the confusion.

***The OPDMC web site has been updated. Thanks to Chris Sater, Betsy Beers and everyone at WSU for their efforts***

***If you wish to be removed from the email list, please reply with the word “Remove” in the subject line.

Meeting Registration link and Paypal link will be included in the next notice.

Best regards,

Peter McGhee
OPDMC Executive Director
