2019 OPDMC Meeting – 1st Announcement

Greetings!

On behalf of the OPDMC committee I invite you to save the date for the 2019 Orchard Pest and Disease Management Conference, which is scheduled for Jan 9 – Jan 11, 2019 at the Hilton Portland Downtown. Please note that my last email regarding Student Scholarships had the incorrect dates!

I. Dates to remember for the upcoming 2019 OPDMC meeting

A. Meeting Times and Dates: 9:00 AM, Wednesday, January 9, 2018 to 12:00 Noon , Friday, January 11, 2018

We will again work with the Paramount hotel across the street for overflow rooms. More information in the next announcement.

II. Registration (via PayPal)
You can register via our web site:
http://opdmc.org/home/#registration

STUDENTS ARE FREE! No need to register, you may still purchase a hard copy of the proceedings. Please email to let us know that you are coming and receive a printed name tag.

Once you have selected the option of either or “Registration + Proceedings $100 USD”, “Registration Only $90 USD” or “Proceedings Only $10 USD”, you will be taken to “Your Shopping Cart”. You can pay either with a PayPal account or a credit card. (Onsite registration will be $100 plus $10 for abstracts). If you want to pay with a credit card, then choose the “Check Out” button. You will then see your order summary. You will still be presented with the option of paying with a PayPal account. If you want to pay with a credit card, then select “Don’t have a PayPal Account”.

***Please verify your cart quantities before you check out.  If you started the checkout process in a previous session but didn’t complete it, you might end up with extra registrations in your basket.

III. Etcetera
Personalized Nametags: PayPal registration does not allow us to capture attendees names if these are different from the credit card holder. i.e., someone else used their credit card to register for you. Please email your PayPal receipt and a list of registrant names to if you would like pre-printed name tags.
