Titles Due
Titles for presentations and posters for the 2024 meeting are due by Friday, Oct 27, 2023. Please submit talk titles. Due to the lack of previous participation we will not host posters this year.
Talks should be about 15 minutes, including time for questions; however if you would like to make a longer presentation, just let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Abstracts Due
Abstracts for the 2024 meeting may be submitted at any time prior to Friday, November 10, 2023. Please follow the example example to submit abstracts.
Abstract Format
All abstracts must include:
- Oregon Assurance Statement
- Session name
- Title
- Authors and affiliations
- Keywords

Name your abstract starting with “Abs”, followed by the 2-digit year, the session name, and the primary author’s last name (no spaces in-between). If you submit more than one paper in the same session with the same primary author, number them in the order you wish to present them.

Presentation Upload
In late December, speakers will be contacted by email with a link to a DropBox file upload site to transfer their presentation files.
Presentation files should be in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, slide sized for WIDESCREEN 13.3″ x 7.5″ on screen show, and saved in the .pps or .ppsx (PowerPoint Show) format.
The deadline for file submissions to the upload server is:
Noon on Friday January 5, 2024.
