Interested Students
To qualify for the scholarship, students must:
- Submit a complete application to scholarship@opdmc.org
- Attend OPDMC and present a talk
- Be available to help with either conference set up or take down.
The selection committee will review applications and select award recipients from qualified applicants. The number and value of scholarships awarded will depend on the total amount of donations received.

Interested students should complete the application form and submit to scholarship@opdmc.org by December 23. Please attach this supplemental page if you will be presenting more than one presentation. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Industry Sponsors
For many years, industry participants in OPDMC have been asking for a way to lend financial support the event. Now there is a way to support both OPDMC and the next generation of IPM specialists!
The Student Travel Scholarship Program accepts industry contributions to support student travel to the meeting. Donations are pooled and awarded to students that complete the application process, on a first come, first serve basis. We strive to award all the scholarship money each year, to help support as many students as possible.
Industry contributions will be accepted in any amount, and sponsors will be recognized in the following categories: Bronze (up to $250), Silver ($251-$500), and Gold ($500+). Contributing organizations will be recognized in the conference program, as well as in the opening and closing business meetings.

If you or your organization would like to contribute to the 2026 Travel Scholarship Fund, please contact us at scholarship@opdmc.org. Contributions will be accepted until December 23 each year.
