Titles for presentations and posters for the 2018 meeting are due by Friday, November 17, 2017. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate whether you will be presenting a talk or a poster.
Talks should be about 15 minutes, including time for questions; however if you would like to make a longer presentation, just let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Abstracts for the 2018 meeting may be submitted at any time prior to Monday, December 4, 2017.
All abstracts must include:
- Oregon Assurance Statement
- Session name
- Authors and affiliations

Name your abstract starting with “Abs”, followed by the 2-digit year, the session name, and the primary author’s last name (no spaces in-between). If you submit more than one paper in the same session with the same primary author, number them in the order you wish to present them.

Speakers will receive by email a link to a DropBox file upload site where they can transfer their presentation files.
Presentation files should be in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, saved in the .pps or .ppsx (PowerPoint Show) format.
The deadline for file submissions to the upload server is:
