Abstracts for the 2026 meeting are due Friday, October 19th
Examples of abstracts, keywords, etc. can be found in archives of past programs.
The above form will ask for the following information:
- Title
- Meeting Section
- Presenter Name and Email
- Authors and Affiliations
- Abstract Text
- Keywords
- Oregon Assurance Statement (Questions regarding pesticide content as it relates to the state of Oregon)

Speakers, please use upload link for presentations
Presentation files should be in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, slide sized for WIDESCREEN, and saved in Powerpoint (.pptx), Powerpoint Show (.ppsx). If alternative formats are needed, please reach out to program chair Chris Strohm.
The deadline for file submissions to the upload server is Monday, January 10.
